What is kickboxing?
Kickboxing is a combination of martial arts, aerobics, and boxing. It is well known for being a fat burning, muscle toning workout! Weight loss is not the only benefit from kickboxing. It is effective in building conditioning and stamina along with dramatically increasing strength. This workout will help you gain energy, lose weight, and tone up!
What should I expect?
Expect results! At ConXion Kickboxing we will train you with high intensity interval training while incorporating kickboxing and partner drills to work on coordination too! Battle ropes, kettlebells, and some weights will be used for brief periods of time under the supervision of a personal trainer.
Who can kickbox?
You can! This is a co-ed program for all ages and experience levels. Anyone can kickbox! Grab a workout buddy and come check us out!

Shanna is certified as a personal trainer, MMA Conditioning Specialist, Insanity Instructor, and Sports Nutrition Specialist. She has been personal training and teaching group classes such as Insanity, Kickboxing, Hop Hop, and Boot Camp for seven years. Her coaching has helped clients lose up to 35 lbs in 10 weeks. For the past year she has been the assistant manager at I Love Kickboxing in Southaven. Shanna is so excited to join the ConXion team!
